The Stirling Lloyd Commitment

Our goal is simply: To develop the ideal waterproofing and structural protection systems for their specific applications. Through our commitment to a continual programme of research, development and product improvement, Stirling Lloyd has built up a range of expertise in the use of modern resin technology, including major advancements in the use of Methyl Methacrylates (MMA).

Many of Stirling Lloyd's membrane systems are developed using our unique MMA Technology; a finely honed base chemistry developed over the last 30 years, which continues to evolve as applications become ever more demanding.

Many of Stirling Lloyd's membrane systems are developed using our unique MMA Technology; a finely honed base chemistry developed over the last 30 years, which continues to evolve as applications become ever more demanding. The 8-year independent research program that spawned our flagship Eliminator® membrane, is typical to all the product line development programmes.

Shaping the Future

Our development team, in collaboration with universities and other research organisations, is helping to shape the future of waterproofing and structural protection. Via our involvement with institutional bodies such as BSI/CEN Committees and Industry Associations such as the Bridge Deck Waterproofing Association (BWA), Bridge Joint Association (BJA) and the Concrete Bridge Development Group (CBDG), Stirling Lloyd is helping to set the performance benchmarks for tomorrow.
