For Concrete, Stone and Asphalt Surfaces

Metaset® is a range of high performance rapid hardening repair mortars for defective concrete, stone and some asphalt surfaces where the mechanical properties of the repair material must be of the highest order. Based on MMA resins, Metaset® cures rapidly even at sub zero temperature, achieving very high early compressive strengths with excellent thermal and mechanical shock resistance.

Each system combines a low viscosity resin with specially graded inert fillers. The choice of which system to use will depend on the strength, depth and type of repair required.

Metaset® 200V

A medium strength anti-slump mortar for use on vertical substrates. It can be applied up to 15mm thick per coat on steeply inclined or vertical substrates.

Metaset® 300 & 300 Industry

High strength, multipurpose mortars used for the repair of damaged or deeply textured horizontal surfaces. It can also be used for the patching, infilling and joining of concrete beams, or overlaying concrete for protection against chemical attack, impact and wear etc. Metaset ® 300 Industry can be extended with coarse aggregates for use at depths over 10mm.

Metaset® 500

Ultra high strength mortar for horizontal or slightly inclined surfaces subject to heavy loading. It is generally used for the rapid repair of bridge piers, bedding bridge-bearings, mounting heavy plant or machinery and bedding concrete kerbs to concrete.

Areas of Application

The Metaset® range can be used in most situations where the minimum delay and disruption is of the utmost importance including areas such as:

Concrete Roads & Ramps
Bridge and Car Park Decks
Driveways & Pavements
Loading Bays & Warehouse Floors
Airport Runways & Aprons
Floor Maintenance
Cold Stores

Benefits of Metaset®
